Resistance training…do I need to do it?

The Fitness Guy explains what resistance training is and why it needs to be included in your workouts…not only to lose weight but to be able to move better each day.  He shows you a variety of  resistance training examples but advises it is best to get a programme from a fitness trainer or personal trainer. “Best to get a programme like I did…I got mine from The 24hr Trainer at Inlife”
