Buddy Training

Working out together will be motivating and supportive. Under the guidance of your qualified, realistic and experienced trainer you will get results faster. The programmes can be individualised or blended together to target a specific goal, such as a 10km run. As training buddies you will offer extra support to each other and be more able to reach your joint or individual goals. As each of you sets individually benchmarks it will also inspire you or your buddy to reach new levels of fitness or lose more weight. Grab your partner/wife/husband or friend and begin the transformation to energise your existence. We offer this training at your place (extra charge for travel), our studio or outdoors.
